1. International Students Dinner

Enjoy a delicious Indian dinner with other international GS students! 
The dinner will include a selection of Indian dishes, from appetizer to main course and dessert. Only a limited number of tickets is available, so get yours now!

2. Film Fundraiser for Japan


Watch a movie in the cozy cinema room seats to make a difference for Japan!
We will be showing the Japanese film "Sanjuro," and all money made at this event, which is organized in collaboration with Red Cross, will go towards disaster relief in Japan.

3. Graduation Kick-Off Event


Join your fellow seniors in starting the countdown to graduation!
Pick up tickets for Commencement, partake of a champagne toast, make a donation to the Senior Gift Fund, buy tickets for upcoming senior events, purchase GS jewelry and clothing, and enter a drawing for an exquisite piece of GS jewelry, while mingling and having fun!

4. Entrepreneurship Symposium


Interested in topics like student entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in the current economy?
This event will feature two notable keynote speakers, a panel of professional and academic experts, and a showcase of GS student entrepreneurs and businesspeople, as well as a networking period.

Hydrofracture drilling could potentially influence the NYC watershed, but could also mean increased fuel independence. Now is your chance to get Fox's half of the debate.
Come join Josh Fox, Director of the Academy Award nominated documentary "Gasland," for a screening of his film, followed by a Q&A session and munchies.

Laughter Yoga


Join the interfaith fellows and Vishwa Prakash, the laughter guru, in a series of yogic exercises with the purpose of inducing laughter, followed by a short lecture and dialogue with Vishwa Prakash.

No worries, the following positions will be filled through an appointment process before the end of the semester: Senior Class President, Senior Class VP, Social Chair, Chief Policy Representative, Chief Communications Representative, Chief Student Events Representative, Chief Finance Representative, Four Council Coordinator, and Alumni Affairs Representative. 
Watch out for another email with more detailed information in the next few days, and get started on your application as soon as possible (as in, this week)!


Volunteering Opportunity at Community Impact


Teach, inspire, and empower an adult!
Community Impact annually provides service to 8,000 lower-income and homeless children, adults, and families in Harlem, Washington Heights, and Morningside Heights. Volunteering Opportunity at Food Pantry
