End of the Semester Hoots
Community Development in Light of Student Arrests
The recent arrests at Columbia have affected all members of the undergraduate community, whether we have friends who were arrested, experienced police action in our residences, or merely read about the events taking place on our campus. All members of the Columbia community are invited to a forum attended by administrators and health officers, to share personal thoughts and reactions to the campus arrests. Lunch will be provided.
Date: Wednesday, Dec. 15
Place: Earl Hall Auditorium
Time: 12:30-2:00 p.m.
We know that studying for finals makes it easy to forget to sleep, relax, and especially, eat. This is why we will be providing snacks for you, to get you through the week alive and healthy.
Date: Tuesday, Dec. 14-Wednesday, Dec. 15; Monday, Dec.20-Wednesday, Dec. 22
Place: GS Lounge
Time: 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (Breakfast will be served at 8:00 a.m., lunch will be served at noon.)
Thursday Night Happy Hour
Did you take advantage of our Happy Hours this semester?
Some fundamental changes are about to happen to this weekly event, so look forward to a fabulous way to socialize and blow off steam during the Spring semester!
International Student Panel for GS Spring Orientation
You've been around for a while and can offer helpful advice to incoming students?
Participate in the International Student Panel at the GS Spring 2011 Orientation, to talk about your life at Columbia as an international student and save new students from making mistakes they don't need to make.
