2. Find the printer where you happen to be: Printer Locations
3. Pick up your smokin' hot documents at the printer you've selected

You do step #1 just once, and do step #2 every time you'd like to print to a printer in another building. Step #1 tells your computer how to print with Columbia Printers. Step #2 tells your computer how to print to a specific Columbia printer.
