How To: Submit a Blurb

A blurb is a teaser that is sent out to the General Studies Student Body in the weekly email message (usually sent out Sunday). If you would like to have a blurb you'd like to include follow these steps:

  1. Create concise title
  2. Answer:
    1. Who, What, Where, Why, When, How to R.S.V.P.
    2. Optional: What to wear, Where to meet beforehand, How to get there, possible costs, What to bring, etc.
    3. When interested parties need to respond by
  3. Include a link for follow-up
  4. Include contact information
  5. Edit so overall blurb is ~100 words
  6. Email your blurb to Brody Berg by midnight saturday before a school week.
  7. Expect to see your blurb in the Sunday Email or on the identical copy posted online.
